The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare

1.City of Bone 2.City of Ashes 3.City of Glass

I would say that this is a young adult book. Very clean in language, and sexuality in it. There is some violence and killing. Cassandra Clare has a smooth writing to her books that is easy to follow and to enjoy your time curled up with a good book. I would recommend to make sure you have all the books before you start so that you are not waiting to get the next book after your done. They also seem to pick up where the last one left off which is nice no time has gone by and you would need to read them in order or it would ruin the books for you.
*These posts are not in detail so that those who have not read them will not have it ruined for them.*

The first book Lets you get to know all the characters.. Clary, Jace, Simeon, Luke, and of course more.
-The book is about Shadow hunters who fight against demons, vampires, and many different beasts. It is a set up book so you get to know the people, who and what they do.  The adventures they have as they find out who they truly are and are meant to do in life.
-book 2 The plot thickens to find out Who dies, Who is Valentine and what is he trying to do with the mortal instruments. There is allot of action in this book that will keep you wanting to read faster and to find out what happens. I caught myself in shock about what is happening and I couldn't read fast enough to find out what will happen next. The book will end with you want to start the next one right off.
-Book 3 is what I am currently reading. Find out what happens to Clary as she explores her Home land. Her Shadow Hunter Gifts.

I would recommend these books to those who enjoy vampire fantisy books.

Yogi bear review

I took my boys who are 4 & 5 to see the new Yogi Bear in 3D. Here is what I thought of it.
The movie it self is not a cartoon but a live action with animated bears/turtle. I found that the bears could have been in it a bit more to keep the kids attention. It was a very funny movie with the bears doing cute little things. It is about 1 1/2 hours long and it went by quickly. The only thing I didn't care for was that in my theatre it was only offered in 3D and the glasses for the kids kept falling down and I think they would have rather seen it in 2D. But the 3D was good and there was much that jumped out at you. So for over all it was a good 3D movie to go see.
The boys came out saying that was great and hearing their little laughs made it worth it. They said they can't wait to have the movie at home to watch again. Happy movie watching..
