2 tsp oil
1 Chicken breast sliced
2 Tbs of orange marmalade
4 Garlic cloves minced
2 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
**for a spicy dish add 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes.
Put oil in frying pan and cook chicken. When chicken is cooked add the garlic, (mix soya and cornstarch together) add all to frying pan cook 5 min on med heat.
Fry Veggies:
1 Tbs oil
1 med carrot sliced
1/2 onion
4 stalks of celery
5 mushrooms
1/2 green pepper sliced
cook till done add the chicken mixture stir well.
boil water add noodles cook for 3 min drain.
in frying pan cook
2 Tbs oil
2Tbs Soya sauce
fry for 2-3 min.
